Out
O'Shea - Genuinely shit footballer and has been in every year of his career apart from 2013. The fact that he has so many fanbois on here astounds me.
Moore & Young - Had their chance to step up today with Wines out. Neither of them did anything.
Colquhoun - I like him as a player generally, but just about every one of his disposals today went straight to the opposition. A player like him who likes to take his time is always going to struggle big-time if his teammates aren't working hard enough to make options for him.

I'd like to have Lobbe out too, but unfortunately Harvey and Redden both stunk it up today.

Neade probably did less than Young or Moore, but I'd leave him in ahead of those two based on him having more upside than either of those two. I wouldn't really be complaining if he was dropped for someone like Jesse Palmer though.

In
Monfries - 26 touches and 4 goals in the SANFL today. Got dropped, took it like a man and had a big game in the SANFL to earn his way back in. Take note, Jonas.
Krakouer - 19 touches and 3 goals, we desperately need his kicking skills back in the side. If he's so terribly unfit, make him sub.
Ah Chee & Amon - Moore and Young have had their chances and haven't taken them. The season is shot. Both Ah Chee and Amon racked up the ball in the SANFL. Time to start getting games into the next generation of second string midfielders.

Please no Mitchell. He had 38 touches and a goal in the SANFL today. I don't care. It's well and truly proven time and time again that he can't translate that form to AFL level, and he needs to go at the end of the year.

Kumbaya Ken to have a different facial expression in the box.

Something, anything, besides the four quarter blank.

Though I'm pretty sure I saw a shrug today...

The season is done, none of this mathematics crap about making it.

Outs: Lobbe, Neade, Young, Moore, Colqhoun.

In: Harvey, Krak, Ah Chee, Amon and Palmer or DBJ.

Play Harvey inside 50, Ryder/Trengrove/Westy to ruck. No harm in giving these young guys a hit out for the last 4 games.

I'd like to see Harvey and Shaw.

**** it, what have we got to lose?

Good game team! Now it's time for the easiest part of any coach's job - the cuts. Now while I wasn't able to cut everyone I wanted to, I have cut a lot of you. Colquhoun is cut. Moore is cut. Young, you're gone. Sam Gray, I like your hustle. That's why it was so hard to cut you. Congratulations, the rest of you made the team! Except you (O'Shea), you (Lobbe) and you (Neade). Now go hit the showers! Oh, Schulz, you don't have to...you're cut.

Gus in of course
Krakouer I would have risked him today against the Dogs.
Amon.
Give Palmer a run.

Pick any of the usual suspects out.

Did lol.

Moore had a bad game but it was more of his first bad game in 3 weeks so I'll give him another chance.

I don't know how it came across on TV, but from being at the game I can tell you that he was shithouse against Essendon too. His use of the ball was awful and he lost Heppell around the contest numerous times.

Time to see who stays in 2016 and who goes.

Our skills overall are terrible and has been for 5 years. Something needs to be done there.

We need a midfield coach that can coach a mid field. Our mid field sucked today.

Out:
- Lobbe (useless),
- Moore (Pathetic),
- Young (Okay but will never anything other then that),
- O'Shea (see lobbe),
- Neade (Didn't do enough, looked like he was constantly running at someone with the ball, barely any offensive damage)

IN
- Mitchell
- Monfries
- Palmer (it's time, it's DAM time... 2 goals, 18 Dis, 7tackles today)
- Ah Chee
- Amon

Hoon gets another chance next week, I like the kid

If we are going to drop young players when the season is over and not give them a go we should delist them.

Moore - delist
Young - persist
Neade - persist
Clurey - persist
Gray - persist
Hoon - persist
Ah Chee - Lack contested ball, has to be brought in this week.
Palmer - Give him a go for rest of year
Harvey - Give him a go for rest of year

We need to drop the older ones not playing well to give the younger ones a chance at AFL level or like I said, delist them.

Out: Moore, Lobbe, Schultz, O'Shea, Hammer
In: Ah chee, Palmer, Harvey, Krak, DBJ

I honestly don't care, but Sam Gray must stay in. He was one of our best today, if not our best, which says a lot about our 'elite' talent.

Now that he's in the side and putting in decent performances, we can't in good conscience drop him. But we never should have picked him in the first place. It's a waste of games that we could be getting into somebody with the talent and potential to be a long-term player. We've put ourselves into an awkward position where we either continue to waste those games, or we drop him and go against the policy of rewarding form and effort at AFL level.
