Turner won’t get dropped.

He’s a leader.

Which in and of itself is a disaster.
Sadly I think Nobes will keep him in to tag Toby. I think it may have worked quite well previously but wouldn’t bet on it being successful a second time.

If Noble can’t drop Turner after a performance like that, then it will send a pretty clear message to the players that performance is irrelevant. Not a good message to send to younger players that might be trying to break into the team.

I expect they will just move him back to defence

Play a smaller defence with Mckay out

Sleevo in to play forward

If that happens it’s pretty much no standards at the club.

Good chance to send a message that regardless of your stature in the group, no one is immune from being dropped for underperforming.

But not to be unexpected given the current shitshow.

Lazzaro could come in as the second in I guess but I reckon it will just be sleevo in for mckay

McGuinness could be a chance too in which case you might get your wish

You would think it would now be a good time to see what McGuiness has to offer?

To throw the magnets around I would be potentially throwing Hayden a lock down job on someone like Tom Green and move McGuiness down back.

It’s all really a crapshoot now as the whole team looks shot, but something needs to change?

This, I thought McGuiness was good on the weekend should get a shot.

What do we have to lose by seeing what McGuinness has to offer?

Give him a go.

Lets stop the cautious nourishment crap on the same routine players and start being proactive and take risks in selection and gameplan.

If he doesn't make it, so be it? Half our team aren't up to AFL standard so it's not like he'll look out of place.

Excellent. On form we'd be well favoured to win this one.

This is the first technically winnable game we've had since the ****ing Port game, and if you factor in Port's realising that the season had started well before that game took place, since the WC game. Expecting a standard 40 point loss but man would I love to see us take this opportunity by the scruff of the neck and give it all we've got

it's amazing how they've managed to find different ways to lose. Standard. play like shit thumpings. A very competitive, hard at it lose to Sydney. Play like complete shit but hang in there against the premiers. Smash the GC in the first qtr and then play the worst footy for the year in the next qtr.

What the hell does this week have install? We'll probably lose by a point with a kick after the siren.
