Nah so my assumption is he plays, but JDG has gone up as cover I'd guess.

1 Bad Kick does not make a Bad Game

Adams had 10 possessions to 3/4 time and was subbed off. That's a bad game, actually that's a shit house game by his standards. I'm a huge fan of his work but that was his worst game for the season and injury may well have been an excuse.

No I'm not confident. I'd have it 50-50 myself, but I need to stress that not being internal I'm mostly like anyone else in terms of how I'm interpreting the state of play.

My gut feel is that little things we could be doing to encourage him to stay aren't being done (team selection this week being one). Though they're decisions that are mostly reviewed post the fact.

Plus every VFL game prior to that since the bye. Makes for a six or seven week block of game time for a bloke spent his pre-season in rehab. Not surprising, really...

I can't help but assume he struggled tank-wise to get through his debut game, but did enough to hold his spot and thus stayed in as sub.

So the only way up is to keep plugging away in the twos and actually work on fitness and continue developing.

The taste of AFL footy is beneficial.

But this is just opinion and speculation of course. If he is indeed out.

So we're bringing his best mate (Aish) to the club next year but Schazza is going back to Adelaide.

He doesn't strike me as the sort of bloke that would sook up about being rested from an interstate trip and decide he's going home because of it.
