Prediction Changes vs Dees round 19

Where is this talk of changing the fixture coming from? Its not as simple as swapping 1 or 2 games and if you start changing more you run into the same problem you are trying to avoid.

e.g. If we play Melbourne in round 19 instead of 20, Adelaide would need to play Hawthorn in Round 19 instead of 20 as well. That results in the same issue
Because they are looking to change a a number of games this weekend .. believe that it affects 6 teams

It's all over the internet via Google search

Sounds like they’re keen to push ahead if at all possible. Reckon it would just about take a club not being able to field a team before they call the round off

Too much tinkering could have consequences on the make up of finals and ladder positions and i can there being some pissed off fans if their team has to lay games they might have won if they had the players available

In the AFL’s favour it only affects six teams.

Round 19
Dogs v Crows
Dees v Suns
Lions v

Round 20
Dees v Dogs
Lions v Suns
Crows v Hawks

So swapping those games around is quite easy.

Angus Brayshaw mentioned in his interview after the game we would be playing each other in round 19. Looks like it's being repeated by journalists now as well.

Your mob couldn’t be any more kissed on the dick this year could they? 😂

In May: We play Melbourne with significant depletion of our on-ball department. No Martin, no Dunkley, no Treloar.
Two months later: We play Melbourne with significant depletion of our on-ball department. No Martin, no Dunkley, no Treloar.

And if he loses the Brownlow by 1 vote. How’s that going to look?

Screw the Brownlow. What if he missed the AFLCA?

How much better would Bont be if he had a Gawn putting it down his throat at every ruck contest? Gawn has made Oliver but Bont would buy and sell him 10 times over. Bev sure underestimates quality rucking.

How stiff having this game brought forward without Dunkley.

Would be handy if Wood came back in but it’s unlikely they’ll do that without VFL time.

Didn’t sound like a lock that Libba would play.

Mark me down as genuinely concerned about Martin playing again this year. Bevo wont pick Sweet after Gawn touched him up last time. If we go one out with English their mids will dominate.

What? Libba will play

Wood is a good chance. Did Toby play VFL before coming in off an ACL?

Could Marra be our saviour in this match? We only had Bruce and Astro last time. Could force accountability from Lever/May, if he plays well.

We need to do better out of the middle..

Gawn belted Sweet and English last time and Libba was well tagged by Harmes.

Makes losing Dunkley super frustrating.

Young or Sweet as back up for English.

More talls the better against these guys.

Club saying Vanders and Wood could be fit this week, if they are I’d bring them straight in
In- Libba, Wood, Vanders
Out- R.smith,Croz, McNeil
Hard for McNeil but Vanders is ahead of him fully fit.

Dunkley has to come out too, so I reckon McNeil stays in. Scott or RSmith as medi sub. Roarke will never be a world beater but he plays with guts.

They said they need to work through it with Libba during the week to see if he is ok, if he was a lock he’d be listed as available.

Wood has chronic soft tissue injuries, they played him through the VFL last time so it’s not unreasonable to think they would do the same this time.

Maybe

We also had Gardner last time

Meh, they always say that I'm not concerned for Libba
