COVID is not even much of a cold for many people who are young and vaccinated. I was back exercising within three days of my positive test. These guys could be absolutely fine.
End of the day, they get given a fitness test and either pass or don't.

That really depends. I'm totally pro-vax 'cos vax saves lives. At the same time, lots of young vaxed people will have lasting symptoms, for different reasons, including genetic, prior exposure to other coronas, concurrent flu infection etc. This will be a factor across the AFL even if its a relatively small minority.
