I'm talking about the past 8 years. There have probably been 2 or 3 clubs. Not many top 8 in flag positions though.
Outside of Melbourne having an unprecedentedly good run last year most top teams have had significant challenges, we just see and feel it more acutely.

Carlton have a worse injury crisis than us currently imo.

He looked out of sorts in the game didn’t he… anyway let’s hope it is minor and just due to the requirements.
Oddly enough the best part of his game was after that tackle, mainly in the second half. He was getting pantsed before it.
Agree he looked a bit out of it though.

Preuss is the biggest fraud in recent memory. 30 odd games, never shown much and has earned a cool $3m. All the while being a clumsy stack of shit.

Is Tim in danger of missing the Brisbane game also being it is a Thursday game (30/06) and 12 days from when he got the concussion (18/06)? If the concussion was delayed and didn't "start" until maybe the Sunday, would the clock start from there and he would only be available for selection Friday 01st July again?
Why isn’t there a “screaming” response?

Mumford says hi
While I think Mumford is a dirty dog of a player he still played over 200 games and won a flag. Preuss is 27 years old, played 25 games and signed two massive contracts (with Melbourne and now GWS) despite showing nothing. If you are 200cm plus and can walk and chew gum at the same time you'll have a 10 year AFL career.

Nothing against the guy and thrilled he’s on a list, just don’t rate his decision making, kicking for goal and lack of kicking penetration. I’m not one of these guys who pots him week in week out, he’s been serviceable, but once our wingers are back, he’s the first out for mine. If people are calling for Bedendo, then it’s McComb out (wingers).

Interesting. His game on Saturday was probably his best for the club imo.

Skills are improving, his attack on the contest and energy around the ball has been a real highlight the past few weeks. He’s actually looking relaxed and composed with ball in hand at the moment which was probably a big knock previously.

I’d be happy to see Bedendo get a game if called up. I struggle to see McComb losing his spot though for a youngster with zero games to his name.
