Has Ryan travelled yet?

I was with you up to Petruccelle.

Remember how excited we got with Ash Smith's pace when we drafted him........

I have come to the conclusion we should trade Petch and use that list spot on a balanced mid / forward say like a Sam Butler. Someone with good football background, good ground ball skills who just knows how and where to run and accumulate.

For a team that is desperate for midfield support from our half forwards Petch unfortunately adds none. He is a cherry on the cake player.
He (P) was the 4th choice. And the closest thing we have to a point of difference after the other three/two types. I'd take a fit and motivated Cameron over him but I can't see Cameron staying. I can only see him getting re-invigorated by playing with his brother.
So cherry on the cake is actually not too bad if the cake is good.

Winder seems more of a project and even if he comes good is more of the skilful, x-factor, indigenous type in the Ryan mold.

If we can trade for a balanced then fine. But I don't see him as a big trade bait where clubs will be throwing much our way as an offer.

Out of the scrimmage players I see brander having the most potential to develop into a solid 200 gamer+. He was below average last season and has hit some good projection this year. Great disposal user and decision maker under pressure. Hope he gets a run at it next week.
No way. Brander will tease his way to a fair amount of games, but it won't be at WC and his career will ultimately be pretty insignificant.

Harry Edwards will have a great career imo.

Petruccelle is like a shiny red Ferrari. Everyone would love to have one.
