Its not just having auto/semi auto rifles at a takeaway joint.

check the images out of the burgers..... they are all beige, a couple have a small glitter of lettuce, even some pineapple would add some colour and fibre

I was blown away by how shit the food was in the states when we were there. Bread tasted like bloody cinnamon donuts it was that sweet. I think I remember a fast food joint that had a chocolate sundae with bacon pieces on it advertised. Weird units

You and sideswipe are missing the point. We're ridiculing yanks for being fat hamburger guzzling gun toting sugar devouring freaks. The caricature is real regardless of whether the photo is. North America is the only continent I've never been to. So I don't have a solid opinion, but I have eaten a fair few Thanksgiving dinners served by Americans and served as a show piece. The word I have to describe it is: grey. Even the green bean dishes are grey.
