just thinking re your question in comparing Bagshaw with current player , i think the best comparison would be Scott Pendlebury where just walks around and through players and good mark and amazing passing skills. although similar size was a ruck rover that rested mainly in defence.

Not sure if there is a Brownlow prediction thread or not, I'll post in here for now.

I've said that Sloane and Dangerfield would never win a Brownlow playing in the same team. However, now they are in different teams, I've said that they would go 1-2 this year in no particular order.

They're currently running 1-3 in the AFLCA award.

Danger is the clear favourite with the bookies, Sloane is around the top 10 for odds. With the Crows good run home, at 26-1 I think Sloane is definitely worth a smokey, at least for a place.

Reckon You're right. How good would it be if we won the flag and Sloaney won the Brownlow? More jizzworthy than a room full of naked Victoria Secrets models while I was covered in Lynx deodorant.

Okey doke the Mods have discussed the use of this thread, the non crows thread and the random discussion thread in the backyard. The purpose of each thread has been lost a bit and become unclear, so here it goes.

We'll revert to what the original OP WAG wanted in this thread, a place for Crows related queries/statements that don't deserve a whole thread dedicated to them.

The Crows board has generally kept all Non Crows/Non AFL discussion to the backyard, and this thread is still available for all to use > Random Things on Your Mind (Part 5).

It's also been difficult to find a place to discuss other sports like NBA/NFL/Euro Soccer, so discussion has occurred in the Non Crows AFL thread. To keep this thread about the AFL, I've just opened up a new thread in the backyard dedicated to all sports > General Sports thread.

The traffic on the backyard has gone quiet in the last year but it's got a purpose and we'd like posters to respect this.
