I wouldnt, but they will 30 minutes before stumps.

Interesting question.... the first idea would be 30 mins or so before tea to get a double pace barrage at them before and after the break.

Alternatively, if you want to press on, then prob and hour before stumps. If they think we are going to declare at tea it could really demoralise them to have to bowl another hour or so...

I would probably declare about 30 mins after tea. I hope he doesn't declare before tea as some of the commentators are saying - we have just hit the halfway mark in this game.
