yeah i believe grealish eventually goes into midfield, maybe even into that hybrid full back/midfield role due to how hard he works.

Grealish played that role for Villa quite often. But Pep doesn't seem to want him to play a more central and deeper position even after Gundogan left and De Bruyne was long term injured. I've not seen either of them comment on that other than Grealish saying it took him a while to settle into what Pep wanted.

No but Pep does this and I can't imagine they'll sell him cause they won't get more than 60 mill for him so if Doku continues to flourish I imagine they'll just mould him into a new position. That's what pep does. Grealish could be amazing against a high pressing side being able to carry the first line then lay it off to De Bruyne or Doku or straight to Haaland to finish it off

Brighton are more dangerous when you let them play through you, so sitting back deeper and using DCL as an out works for us. Brighton have to be more creative and they aren't necessarily that when Mitouma isn''t running at someone.
