A question for your own club, perhaps. You clearly have no idea of the answer and don't want to listen to any of our theories.
Why would the afl give you your 4th option, on your 150th celebration. Few tin foil hats.
It was reported in the media we requested to play collingwood, I'm not sure about Essendon being 4th choice I was specualting, but we have a bad record against Essendon I doubt we'd request them thinking it's an easy win.

Did you actually read that article?

If it is wet, then Hobbs could be one of our most important players and Stringer is the perfect wet-weather FF. Also, could afford to replace Zerk with Langford because competitiveness is all that matters. I'd still pick two rucks as long down the line matters.

Other important players for their run and effort in the contest are Redman, Durham, Guelfi, Caldwell and McGrath. Those power hips of Perkins will get a work out too!

Setterfield being our most important player probably goes without saying.

I'd put it on D'Ambrosio, Menzie and Davey to show us wet weather footy and potentially bring Hind in as well. Redman, Hind, D'Ambrosio and McGrath all running it out of the backline could be very damaging if we have a long target to kick to. This means Jones running is not necessary, we just need someone who can hold their ground and bring the ball to the ground, where Davey, Menzies, Guelfi and Stringer can go to work. I'd also love to see Caldwell go forward a bit too.

He'll make DoDo pay for picking Tsatas, recently said in an interview the team he most wants to beat is Essendon
Lol, not too bright then is he. Essendon needs mids, not a guess who will likely end up a forwards or back. We already have Perkins, McGrath, Langford and Laverde and none of them have turned out as mids.

Phillipou would have been a huge reach.

Yes it wasn't in that article, trust me though we did request collingwood

So we have an article and an anonymous poster.

Collingwood have been a bigger draw lately, but I' guess it has turned out perfectly for you lot. On current form Collingwood will pound you into submission. However both Essendon and St Kilda go into this match undefeated so crows will be up and most saints will see this game as winnable despite another injury.

Which will make the loss hurt much more, but also sum up the last 150 years well.

Please don't over react, I'm just being a campaigner.

Pou is a mid/forward, Tsatas was more a speculative pick, other outside mids taken top 10 haven't worked out i.e. Jared Polec

eDPS is one of the most respected draft posters on the main board and said that Tsatas was a concenious top 5 pick from round 1 through to draft.

This ideology that we missed Phillips is stupid, 4 other clubs passed on him too. Grow up

Pou was rated top 5 then slipped, he was also only eligible for the draft by a few days so younger than the rest of the draftpool.

Comparing a guy who has played 2 games to a guy who is yet to play due to injury.

Ok, you win the 2022 draft. Bravo

Are you significantly younger than the rest of Big Footy or is there another reason for you being like this
You keep replying to my posts and giving me notifications I only came here to say we didn't want to play Essendon we requested Collingwood

And saying Pou>Tsatas isn't controversial and a quite widely held opinion

Loving this, have no expectation so as long as we keep displaying mental fortitude and system I’m good.

Did have to laugh at the Saints fans on about 75k at the G being Pou’s natural habitat when they have 8 H&A crowds above 60k since 97.
Hence needing a big 4 side
Whereas we just bring our own.
