If only they'd gotten close enough to their opponents to pass something on they might have done some harm to Melbourne's flag chances.

In all seriousness, if there was a virus running through the club and it led to the club alerting the AFL, where would the Dees be in all this?

You doubt they'd be notified, but if one or two if their players are sick as a result...yeah, they'd be rightfully 'upset' to put it mildly.

The result would've been very similar regardless of any gastro. We were eviscerated.

It's plain to all that we have neither the list, composure or gameplan to be a genuine threat.

No argument- been saying that for 3 years now, but we are closer than 14 other teams

2 weeks to get over it.

This is the million dollar question. No word of a lie, he’s one of the worst players I’ve ever seen. Most of the time he ball watches like a complete buffoon.
And when he does dispose of the ball he either kicks it backwards or turns it over.
He has to go.
But he won’t and f’ed if I know why
Thing is, he is going backwards big time..over coached?

Will be a phenomenal effort to make the 8 next year.
We will do it easily. Probably top 4 as well. We are home and away experts, we will beat most of the bottom half of the 8 especially if crowds get back to GMHBA, and really who this year is going to improve?

Brisbane might drop out of the top 4. Bulldogs will likely keep their spot with Melbourne and Port. Richmond are the hard one to tip because they get important players back but that said they are aging.

But we finish top 4 again, and we will repeat this process again.

Easily?

Lets see.

Why would I hate the team I support for losing a game of footy?

It doesn't matter knowing or not, virus or not, it won't change the result.
It is of benefit to understand why many of our guns looked and played OFF.

I'd say he's the only coach who's been able to successfully turn over an entire list without access to top picks in the draft in the modern AFL era.

Must be some pretty thin wool when you make 3 PF's in a row with a GF in the middle to boot

Except for Dangerfield, Henderson and Rohan who were all brought to the club. All top 10 picks.

And what if these excuses " are legit?? We all know everything has to go well to win a prelim/GF, and for us it did not, several times.

No it doesn't. Complete myth.

Last year's Grand final example A. Richmond had their best rebound defender knocked out in the opening minutes. That's the opposite of everything going well, they still won in a canter. We had Podsiadly subbed out in 2011 halfway through the second quarter. We won in a canter.

Absolute bullshit excuse from unfortunately a club that seems to embrace making them now. Some supporters too.

Good examples.
I can not escape the hard cold fact that we are just not in this league after 23 rounds of footy.
These 3 or 4 teams are above us in most capacities, and we have finished 4th now, slightly better for a draft pick.

It would almost be believable if there was one whisper of it before the game. Which there wasn't.

Were they ill in the QF too? And the QF last year? Or QF 2019? or EF 2018? Or QF and PF 2017?

Constant. Excuses.
Only this game. Have you heard of this in other games? No. So just accept it as fact. Instead of being done by 8-9 goals, we got hammered by 15 goals. It's nothing to get indignant about, just a statement of fact.
