I'd be happy with Hately. Think that GWS will be all over him though.

My ideal tonight would be to trade our pick 12 and next year first with GWS for 9 and 19. Then use 9 on Clark or Hately and 19 on Sturt or O'Halloran.

No one’s saying he’s the oracle, but the bloke arguably watches more junior footy than anyone in the country. His phantoms have a better track record than the likes of Twomey and Buckenara.

What a pain they've split the draft over two nights...

Starts at 6:30pm tonight with the first pick getting selected at 7pm
Each club has to use there allotted 5 minutes.
Won’t know who we have till 8:30/9pm tonight.

I believe the draft should be on a Sunday, would get more viewers on a Sunday than anything.
With it being cricket time of year and still the fact tradies work Saturdays a Sunday draft and then a Monday Rookie draft appeals to me the most.
Put it on free to air also if you want coverage and for it to become a larger topic

To answer my own question it appears that the Bulldogs would take Smith and Butters leaving us to take either Clark or Hately depending on whom PA don't take.
