Their kids will step up like Alistair Smith, Tom Ledger, Arryn Siposs did for us when we were in that situation.

A 2016 Fremantle type nosedive down the ladder for Hawthorn ....... please !!Even if it ends up being pick 18, it still seems favourable.
They'll need a player on top of that to get the deal doneAbsolutely frothing this trade.
But watch how the media spin this if/when the JOM trade happens-
'Amazing trading by the Hawks, managing to give up just pick 10 for O'Meara.'
Nevermind B Hill, pick 36, having to push out B&F winner Sam Mitchell because of the salary cap.... and who knows what their 2017 1st will be. They obviously rate themselves too highly to think that that pick will be anything lower than 18.

We've got pick 1
Next yearWot u say Willis?
Traded Sam Fisher to Essendon?
Next year
In the supposed super draft
What's the link between Lewis and a top 5 pick?We may just have a top5 pick on our hands? #ameet

Oh I get it, bit slow. I was thinking about pick 5 this year!Hawks will suck next year and we have their first round pick ...
Hawks will suck next year...
1If you could nudge the club in the direction of:
1. Trading back into the first round this year
2. Using both future first rounders for a godfather trade (Fyfe/Rance/Martin)
3. Perpetually trading one first rounder from next year for a future first and a second rounder thereby giving us two second rounders every year
4. Using both in the draft next year for elite talent
Which way would you be going?
