I'd take Brad Crouch probably cost around the pick 10/15 mark, very good player...
McHenry is an exciting talent unless he wants out as well can't see them letting him go...

Malcom Blight just said on SEN that Adelaide should Trade both crouch brothers to GC for picks 1 & 2 in the draft, so Adelaide have 1,2 & 3 apparently GC will jump at it.

So no crouch for us

Side note I was 20km out Merridan (WA) driving 110km/h when he said it and almost lost control laughing when he suggested it, no way they are worth that, I think Blighty has lost it

I still think they would be better getting Rowell and Anderson. Best mates which helps chances of them staying to go with their 3 SA boys from last year who are mates. Building a pretty good core of youth and then they would be best to start bringing in quality mature talent with their early picks over the next 2 seasons.

Doubt they would be dumb enough to give up 1 and 2 for Crouch brothers.

Plus if they want to go there in the first place, I'd be looking at other clubs first if i was them...

Probably how it plays out.

Definitely think there's some merit in GC trading at least one of those picks for some genuine AFL-grade leaders. Trick is finding one or more who are a) good enough, and b) want to play up there. Those sorts of players have options, and I'm not sure GC have much to offer to get themselves in the frame.

Not if they want the two Vic boys and best mates they have a future first to trade with for the good mature players that's the way I'd be going...

Sure they have been lurking, but what could they possibly say now?

We just spanked them, contributed to them losing 4 of their last 5 since the bye, been ranked 18th for players 23 and under( don't think it's that bad actually), many of their senior players are underperforming/done, rumours of players wanting out, want the off field staff gone, probably won't make finals and their dream of getting a top 2 pick all but gone

Edited: Many others have also moved on, yet some are still trying to convince people they will win this trade

I think they're getting roughly the pick they expected a bottom 3 pick. Just their ladder position is the real issue

In a twisted way, the Saints winning this weekend is what we really want, as where we finish does not really matter, but where they finish does, so go the Saints.
