During the Adelaide test, Boof said to Harsha the ICC need to get harsher on poor overrates. Nearly 5 minutes an over is unacceptable and yes, England aren't the only villains here.

Should keep them out there per session, 30 in a session you stay out there till you have them you get lunch, etc. limit of 1 drinks break extra per hour. Harsh limits on changes on gloves.
