I completely agree but I don't see many sides that are definitely better is my point. Ports dropped off. Cats look a little more vulnerable and the dogs have started slow. So who else is guaranteed better than them apart from us. Could be a year like 2000 where a 14-8 or 15-7 gets you top 4

Yeah it's a pretty meek year so far. Swans, us, Carlton and Brissy look the strongest early days Geelong and Dogs will be thereabouts too but can't see either doing damage. Massive drop off from Port and Essendon. Richmond haven't come back on. Giants still a bit who knows (started slow last year too). Everyone else is rebuilding or treading water.

Imagine smashing Carlton in a Prelim like West Coast vs us in 2018 though.

We use to get the 1.10pm Sunday time slot which I enjoyed then we got a bit better and 'rewarded' with the 3.20pm Sunday time slot which sucks. Friday night Saturday night are the best.
