I didn't think they'd play finals but it doesn't matter now. They should be pissed if they miss the 4
They should revise their goals up at 5-1 but I’m not sold on them yet. Took 15-7 and percentage to split 4-6 last year. They still have cats, lions, swans all x2 and us, Carlton, dogs, freo again. Fair way to go.

I'm not putting my house on them im saying any team worth a pinch of would be aiming for top 4 now.

Second this. They've had a relatively easy start to the year. Looked pretty good an might sneak into 4th, but can't see them sustaining these results against better teams.
Internally I'm sure they're eyeing top 4 but realistically think it'd be a surprise if they finish there. Was at the game tonight and they seemed to have a decent amount of play but were sloppy going forward and had a couple of lucky escapes that better teams likely put away.

The giants slaughtered the ball and their ball movement was horrific. Thirdly, they would have been better off playing a man down, Himmelberg was atrocious. The saints seem better than I pegged them to be, but yeah, soft start to their draw.

They also kicked 17 points. Max King could have buried the game in the first half

Lol every year it's 'soft draws' 'wait till someone good' but then everyone's crap and only the top 2 are good.
We haven't beaten a top 8 side so are we overrated aswell?
Any team who's starts the year 5-1 should be aiming to finish top 4. The difference between that and 5th is huge.

No one has said they shouldn’t be aiming for top 4?

Form lines are still establishing but I’d still consider Collingwood, Freo (their best win), Hawks, Richmond, GC, GWS a soft start based on where those sides finished last year, the stage of their list and their recent form. It’s all opinion at this point.

Based off that they've been better than us because they've beaten 2 sides in the 8.
Based off last year? That's like saying bearing Melbourne 2021 want good because we sucked in 2020.
I don't even like Stkilda but to not rate 5 in a row is strange.

I'm a bit reluctant to say saints have had a soft draw, opposition supporters said the same about Melbourne last year. At the end of the day can only beat what's infront of you and saints have done that.
Yep. They've been impressive. Looking forward to our game against them in a couple of weeks.

Saints winning in different ways, can score heavily when their game is going, but able to keep the opposition scores down if its not...mad if you dont rate them by now. Reckon they are a top 4 lock.

Most teams would be lucky to break even at this stage with that "soft" draw. Saints have done extremely well. They are ticking the boxes as we speak and Rattens chair got much cooler since the start of the season.

Leon Cameron's, on the other hand, his chair has heated up immensely in the same time. Last night he was coaching for his professional life and he failed yet again. His Orange Ferraris' are in shop, his grunt vehicles dissipated into thin air and he had a bunch of Priuses with no soul there.

The old adage may be trite but it still holds true to this day: Hard works beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

Kicking 1.7 would usually lose games for teams. Surely Max King gets in contact with one of the best ever in Tony Lockett for some tips?

He should but he won't. That guys next contract will be 800K+ and he wont spend a single dime trying to improve his kicking.

Dunkley 'had the right' to put his head down, Fmd. One of these days a dogs player is going to **** up their spine the way they play and it will be their own fault.
