Kreuger looked pretty ordinary tonight... seemed way out of his depths. Don't think he reads the game very well, but he has good athleticism.

Last time Sydney beat a big Melbourne team in a PF at the SCG, it was by 1 point, in the opposite PF a team in blue and white beat Brisbane comfortably at the MCG, and Sydney ended up losing to the team in blue and white who had a CHF who was the best forward in the league at the time.

off topic but I was thinking about one of your posts yesterday.. did you end up catching the game live?

Impossible to not watch it live.
Got home from work at 845pm and my wife said "you're missing something good here".
Watched the second half live, and then the whole match again twice. I have seen every morsel of play.
Nobody will mention the deft Cam Guthrie tap-ons and link work he does, but they were on display last night as well.
Difficult to sleep even after going to bed after 0200 saturated by footy- spent the night before watching the 07, and 11 GF highlights.
I don't want to put the moz on us, but we really are a great combo of 07 and 11 the way we moved the ball yesterday, and scored, while stopping Lions from scoring.

He wasn’t poor. But only 63% game time and only 105m gained suggests he’s not quite right. Certainly not playing to the level he has this year.

It does seem that the Dangerfield collision in round 23 has caused an ongoing issue with the shoulder. When posited in his presser during the week that the shoulder could require end of season surgery he certainly didn't reject the suggestion.

Over the whole season Geelong and Dees were the best two. Sure, the Dees slumped at the worst possible moment, but Melbournes best this year was better than Sydneys. Sydney peaked for finals, Melbourne was struggling weeks out from finals.
