catempire Melbourne have turned things around. Since those flickers in the Brisbane game they've found their mojo again. Others around them falling down has certainly helped but I reckon that Brisbane choke may have ignited their season (as far as their performance, results were already decent). Home finals and all that too, appear on the cards.

It seems Buddy's retirement is effective immediately as his calf injury is too severe to go on. Buddy is not even appearing at the press conference about it that Sydney are soon holding.

I reckon that is a bit of a cheap shot comment

I dont how you can bag the FF when your team gets thrashed - like the 1st qtr and 3qtr - and most of the last qtr - the ball was in Geel forwardline

Its like Ablett Snr - alot ( of idiots ) rubbish him for his lat 2 GFS

Well against Carlton - they won by 10 goals - Ablett had 2 on him all the time Silvagni - and you were allowed to chop arms - and Peter Dean who was a very good player - Ablett had no hope - and the ball hardly went down the Geel end

Ditto the year before Geel lost by 80pts - it wasnt Abletts fault - he had very few opportunities - just like Franklin last year when his side lost by 81 pts
