Fair play to Collingwood - that's a heck of a comeback. Zac Bailey getting run down and rightly pinged for holding the ball was decisive. The Lions weren't ruthless enough to close the door on the Pies. The Lions have gone from arguably flag favourites 2 weeks ago to needing a miracle to win the flag now.

Someone else made the comment … Lions are mentally weak. This weakness has cost them 2 wins in the last 2 games when 2nd spot was there to be sewn up. Recruiters HAVE to do something about Hipwood who has NO impact on 5 out of every 6 games and he is contracted to the end of 2029 .. seriously ?

I'm just enjoying watching the same Collingwood fans that spent the whole last week complaining trying to convince themselves that they didn't get the same home ground treatment McRae bemoaned last week.

Lions choked and deserved to lose, but wowee some of those free kicks in the last 5 minutes.
Which ones were the issue? I just rewatched the last 5 mins, they missed a clear high on Daicos in the final 2 minutes at a centre clearance

To who? Also not entirely sure what the Pendles one was for either.

All this being said, it's on Brisbane for Collingwood being close enough for Collingwood's rub of the green late to matter.
Hit him in the neck and it didnt even matter Cameron was clear with ball and it was advantage didnt impact play at all lol

Check the clearance at 2:42 left in the last, clear missed high on Nick? Or do you somehow disagree

Looking forward to the full replay tomorrow and seeing all those lions frees at the start were there and we deserved to be on 0 late in the first quarter, im sure it was all fair given we had the rub of the green apparently ;)
