To be fair we had zero injuries in March

They all piled on around round 3 and before that we looked ok. Not finals worthy but mid table at best.

The injuries have just stopped us in our tracks.

I hate using it as an excuse but they can't even train properly.

The Gronk was Will Schofield 🫣

You have suffered somewhat with a lot of players getting old around the same time.
It’s happened many times at footy clubs when you get successful teams that keep performing year after year.
They tend to have a core group of players that all have played together over a long time.
When this all finally catches up the fall is hard fast and painful.

I also like how on a segment about port blocking gawn, not once did they point out that port gave out 2 frees for illegally blocking Gawn

So, if Jonas got 1 week for a tackle that was rewarded with a free but ruled “careless, medium impact, high contact”

Daicos has to be:
  • intentional - it was off the ball, no excuses
  • body contact - in the midriff
  • medium impacts - based on Jonas’ suspension were McDonald played on.

That’s 1 week…. But we all know that won’t happen.

Tom Browne on 7 news was actually arguing you can't see contact made so did it really happen.

That's what I wonder what is the point of making bucket loads of cash as an AFL Club.

If you're useless financially the AFL just give you money anyway.

You can make zillions but you aren't allowed to spend it anywhere so why bother.

You are allowed to spend it. You just have to pay a proportion of it as tax to equalisation.

OWN GOAL meaning their defence
Wrong sport.

In Australian Rules Football you attack your goal. You may be confusing it with Association Football.

In Aussie Rules if a player kicks the ball through their goal it does not result in a score for the opposition.

I honestly think if we deliberately smashed the soft cap they'd penalise us with stripped picks.

I could 100% see them doing that to make their point.

Nah the AFL love money.

If your dropping millions into their coffers and getting them bonuses they will forgive all.
