Then a loss by Brisbane has their 3rd position in strife, but can Geelong win it at the Gabba.

Will Freo then lose another in a row at home to Sydney? I'm assuming they turn it around.

At the same time we play Collingwood, I can't tip Port on the form of the last four weeks.

In the first Sunday game either the Giants jump into the 8 or the Suns win their elim final.
I'm assuming the Giants.

Melbourne then either take third spot over Brisbane on percentage or the Crows win what is their elimination final.

And to finalise things, the Saints jump back into the 8 at Norths expense, pushing Carlton back out.

Genuinely interesting round with nearly every game having a material effect on op 4 and top 8.

Carlton’s Jordan Boyd was referred directly to the Tribunal for his tackle on Darcy Byrne-Jones, which left the Port Adelaide player concussed.
It was graded as careless conduct with severe impact and high contact, resulting in a direct referral with a recommended sanction of at least three matches.
In the end the Tribunal agreed with the impact grading, which was the only element contested by the Blues, resulting in a three-match man. Boyd will miss games against West Coast, Collingwood and St Kilda.

when something like that happens, Boyd should be red carded (even if he gets 0 weeks suspension - being reported should be enough to get sent off) and we should be allowed an emergency/second sub to replace DBJ so we aren't a man down. well i know we use the sub, but that takes away the sub being able to be used tactically.
