Is Newchurch performing?
Kicked 3 last night, and honestly, we just need someone with skill around goal and x-factor so get him in against the worst side in the league I say.

Need to find out what we have in Newchurch, Borlase, Parnell and Worrell at some stage. 2 of them should play next week. We all know that won’t happen though.

Out: MILERA (delisted), Butts (inj), Crouch, Jones

In: Newchurch, Borlase, Schoenberg

Sub: Cook

No way, if you understand our philosophy, we used the certain cattery loss as a tune up for Milera and Crouch. They are in for the long haul, they'll need weeks of zero possessions before being dropped. Both better for the run.

As long as Matt Crouch is out.

Attitude, effort, skill not up to it.

Hopefully a 3rd rounder coming our way when he heads back to Victoria.

Milera too. No future … if we are honest, no present or past either.

Basically just reverse the changes from last week, except maybe RoB.
ROB was far and away the 2nd best player on the ground, so yeah, he probably sneaks in lol.

The selections this week of Crouch and Milera were absolutely farcical, and they performed accordingly.

Out: Nicks, Butts (concussion), Crouch, Murphy, Rowe

In: Burns, Strachan, Rachele, Walker, Frampton

Here me out: We should definitely try the O'Brien, Strachan double team, allowing Thilthorpe to stay in the square. Let Walker roam around the out 50. Frampton to cover Butts and well Rachele is Rachele.

out: crouch, milera, butts
in: scholl, jones, frampton

schoey or cook as the sub. or bring them in for crouch. who cares. just no more matt crouch please i beg

oh yeah tex back in for someone probably rt.

Anyone else catch the vision of Milera looking like an 8 year old about to burst into tears when the half time siren went and he knew he was worst on ground by a street?

He’s completely broken. Wouldn’t be surprised if he retired before next season tbh.

And if that is the case - the blame entirely rests upon the selection committee who threw him under a bus… disgraceful player management

it's a horrible position to be in. he probably knows he's not ready, especially in that moment, but wants to perform. it was cruel for him to be selected round 1 and it would be cruel to select him next week. 2 years out of footy is no joke.

Move Thilthorp to the midfield, he moves a bit like Cripps, and play Frampton on a wing, we could use his kicking but obviously not as a key defender.

Selecting McAsey for 10 games during a wooden spoon year to break his confidence is up there with rhe insistence that Milera will play AFL ready or not.

Just a quick note for those listing Walker and Rachele as ins - seems extremely unlikely to me that either would come back in the week before the bye. Rachele will either rest his corky for another week or have a run around in the twos to regain confidence (his last 4 AFL games have been atrocious), and Walker will only be approx 2 days out of protocols, meaning he’s missed a fair bit of training and surely you’d rest the old fella before the bye.

Both certain ins for Round 14 though.

Sound reasoning and I'd agree on the physical side of things but it's our last chance for a win for a month until we play the kangas. Dunno if that helps Rachele's confidence in particular if he can snag a few.
