The only time he looks any good is when he has fresh legs as the sub in Q4. He's clearly not the answer in the midfield, to have him play there while we play 4 other midfielders out of position (rach, berry, dowloing, shoenberg) is on another level above absurd.

I thought Strachan was shit myself, we got completely hammered in the midfield and he won nothing. rOB isn’t good either but I think we almost win with him playing.
We have put out the worst team ever tonight I think, most of the players tonight wouldn’t get a game with another AFL team.

Nicks is an idiot and the structure today was diabolical or he’s lost the players. We repeatedly help onto the ball for ages and let Richmond set up defensively before kicking the ball forward. The only light in this shit year is we will get our hands on a top 5 pick to hopefully get a top class midfielder that we have been crying out for.

Wasn't there tonight but it felt like that 2014 game against Melbourne. They came over here with 1 win too, they were putrid, but they kicked out to an early lead and just stifled the game for the next 2 hours. Crowd couldn't get into it. Just shit football and we had no answer. 10 years later, same old shit.

People on 5AA starting to fall into "It's not Nicks fault, he's got no players!" trap and want the list fully rebuilt again. And while it's true that is having an impact, I wouldn't be trusting Nicks to take another group of players and expecting different results. He's shot his shot and he's shown he hasn't evolved all that much since he first got the job. If anything he's pulled the club backwards with some of his tactical decisions and gameplan designs, let alone then having injuries too.

We had more than Richmond. If our depth players are worse...welll...
