Opposition supporters here seem to be more upset about us sacking Ratten than St Kilda supporters, we are mostly in favour of it while opposition supporters just wanted us to stick with Ratten so we could continue being a mediocre team that finishes mid table and were no real threat to them.

I'm not sure if we will get Ross Lyon back to coach us but if he does return we will be a threat again and that scares a lot of opposition supporters.

No way in hell the AFL lets Lyon succeed with his score 5 goals and keep the opponent to 3 game plan. This isn't 2005, in the covid world AFL is uber sensitive to crowd numbers and making the game entertaining, see the panic and investigations when crowds were down at the start of this year

If Lyon starts succeeding with his ultra defensive game plan they will just change as many rules as necessary, in season, until his style isn't viable anymore
