Make no mistake this is an important day in terms of our rebuild and desire to get 4 picks inside the top 20 or 30.
And it is important when trying to lure young talent like Aish because you need to also finish lower then nearly every other team.
We are making sure our plan will succeed with results/efforts like this.
\We have too many players who currently are not ready, not up to AFL standard or are just about finished, need to turn them over quikly and get more young talent into the club and be better at development then we have been in the past and be ******* patient once all of this happens !!

Close to the best game I've seen him play for the club, made very few errors and kicked a couple of vital goals.

Have to agree with happydude in the gameday thread, the only positive Blues related news is HBF and MEB_ 
The game itself... deplorable. Only positive was seeing some of what the kids can do, Graham in particular in short gametime did a heck of a lot right and Bell was a beast. Casboult kicking 4.2 is heck of a lot better than 2.4 and he contested well.

Obviously we didn't follow our stringent game plan, with strong aggression and carriage of the ball through the corridor, our transitional entries...............ah bugger it.

As was Casboult really, 4 goals from a ruck/forward is exceptional, could quite easily have had 6 goals.
We've had our golden times in the past so I don't begrudge GWS their coming success. Our list decisions over a period have not been good and we're paying the price. Hopefully SOS will reinforce good list decisions by the club.

May as well merge the drafting board with this board... considering we'll be spending alot of time there over the next few years.

Are we tanking in May? My greatest horror I think were the skills and compete back of nous from jaksch, we have blown another one.

SOS built the Giants list but the AFL gave them enough picks to do so
