Nobody talking about that guy down back that spent the day spoiling, taking contested marks and also put in a desperate lunge to deny Richmond a goal that would've kept them in the game late.

And apparently Port are now 9-0 with him in the team and 0-2 without him in the team.

I think Hinkley in his presser said McKenzie and Aliir were our two most important players today.

100% for some reason we play to the level of our opponents.

I'm hopeful that as we grow our players play at their level and dictate the game more than allowing the oppo to do so. That first term was us dictating, then we just dropped to their level completely.

In fairness Bucks said in the 3rd credit to Richmond for shutting the game down. 4pts we move on... we're growing.

Something seems different this year to 2020-2021. The wins are more enjoyable. Back then we won games, but it felt so underwhelming.. we'd beat ordinary teams and then cruise or let them back in.

And maybe it's the fact that it's the young players doing it this time. Or that we're actually winning crucial moments. Feels a bit like 2014 when Chad was god mode, only this time we have butters, rozee and jhf...

Our forward line is genuine crap with finny spraying them, frank the tank, Mac and cheese, lord and Rioli... Yet we keep winning anyway!
