Happy to try and give you advice, etc, based on my experience.

You have to wear soft, heeled shoes (like runners) more often then not. And, lots of calf raises. Wouldn't massage the area at all.

I did F45 for a year and a half and it caused quite a lot of injuries for me, and I'm quite a fit person.

I’d agree. I stay pretty fit and exercise every day but I don’t do the F45 Stuff. We did it at work and I was the same as you so I stick to my own programs

We have a lot of youngsters playing, our pressure factor is close to the worst in the competition and we’re next to useless in the air. Also it’s clear our players are getting tired.

Maybe I’m trying to prepare myself for disappointment, especially after how angry I got after the Western Bulldogs loss.

I don’t want to get that angry over a football game again.

However my happiness after wins this year is a feeling I haven’t experienced since the 2017 grand final.

I am enjoying this year though. I’m loving the highs and the lows and I’m loving watching the kids come through.
