Thank **** for that!

Rebounding from half back was great but gees we butchered it going forward.

Take the 4 points and run!
If no one has said it yet a very big congratulations for having team naming rights over the inlaws, a little Tiger cub on the way.

2 wins from 3 .ill take that

We are just warming up...going at 60% ATM

Spot on. With 4 weeks less preseason, i was expecting a 2-2 result with 3-1 by the end of the month a bonus.

We were always going to start the year scratchy as **** but whats good is that today you saw some our pressure and mongrel return.

Towno wont get dropped, but he’s on tender hooks. Caddy comes straight in for a on a IMO. Hawks aren’t a physical tackling side so Conca looked better with leg room. Was basically racking up handball receives where we need tough inside workers with the ability to play taller and kick goals when up forward. Con a is one dimensional and suspect under pressure.
I understand that Conca does not deserve much respect due to the way he has played this year, but today was a massive improvement. Hawks smashed us around the clearances early, and if it wasn't for Cotchin and the fact that the Hawks are not as good as people think.
Conca at least gives some heat around the ball, most of his possessions were handballs from around the pack. He also has the ability to spread and attack. Anyway enough about Conca, no chance to be dropped this week, so other things to consider.

went to sleep in the last shit

will be out of the 8 again as a result

shiuld have gone for percentage

need to pull the fingar out
Who gives a shit. Really dont care where we sit at round 3.
Also going into the game you dont care about percentage, all you want is a win.

We can look for percentage against Lions next week and Freo a few weeks after that

Congrats on your baby Tig coming up, Michaels!

My sentiments too , would have liked chol or Moore to get a run . Love Lloyd like a bro but think he s run out of gas at senior level

I love Lloydy, but, it looks like he’s slipped back in the Q now. Happy to get a 2nd round pick for him ;)

Same. Shorter pre season and weak JLT series, we were always going to start slow.

Will be stoked with a 3-1 start to the season.

One block at a time boys.

Conca best work is thru the square Did that well today and the lions have a few in there that can be dangerous too
We’ll agree to differ as I thought it was about best 22 and Conca will not be of any value to us when the whips are cracking. Who cares about Brisbane as we won’t be meeting them in September. It’s about being prepared with your best team at seasons end.

Not sure when Conca became the resident punching bag on these forums. I thought he was good... yes, disposal was iffy at times, but wasn't that the knock on Prestia early last year too?

I'd say he offers as much as Dion at this stage - Prestia is gonna take another month before he gets match fitness again.

Castagna was a real highlight today. So much more maturity. Again, last year, his set shot kicking was a little suspect. Seems to be a lot more confident in that regard now. Plus a equal team high six tackles.
