Thought the backline was really good against the hawks and posted earlier only changes might be for little niggles to Graham and Dusty if they had em. But thinking bout the melb game coming up might be good to get a game into Broad to help deal with Petracca.
Thought that kid Fogarty from Adelaide was a little to strong for Grimesy.

Reckon Petracca spends a lot of time in the midfield now days. As a mid he is starting to look very formidable. They use him a bit like we use Dusty where he spends a decent chunk of time fwd.Reckon we need to play someone with real size and strength on him when he is fwd.Would probably give Vlastuin or McIntosh the job of minding him when fwd.

Grimes despite being 193cm he plays small thats how i look at him as a player. IMO is vulnerable when hes forced to play on the kpp's but does okay against the third tall types when we need it. He most likely will get Garlett.

My biggest worry with our small defenders Houli, Short, B Ellis is they are not great stoppers. If one of them could play 1v1 very well and provide the same sort of run they do id be wrapped. Im forever worried about oppo smalls getting hold of us outside of Grimes and sometimes he has been needed to play tall.

Went and saw the dees, Petracca's a jet and heavy in the hips like Harvey was, looks hard to shift.
This weeks gonna be a good test of the midfield too I reckon to see if we need another real second option in the ruck to give Nank a breather and not lose it in the clearances. We were better there last year maybe teams play it a little differently this year when Grigg or the smaller option goes up

Despite us being on an 11-game winning-streak against Brisbane, they have pushed us at one stage or another when the game was in Melbourne with the exception of 2013 and 2016. Even then, they cleaned the margin up in both those games.

Would be more confident if the game was at the Gabba, where the wins have an average been much more comfortable.
