Can Kochies Collingwood get back on the winners list after their first loss of the season to Brisbane by 17 points or can the injury deprived Tigers finally score a win on the road after getting thumped by GWS by 49 points?

PORT Adelaide capitalised on Dustin Martin's absence, knocking off reigning premier Richmond by 14 points at Adelaide Oval on Friday night.
With the Brownlow Medallist in New Zealand visiting his father and nursing a sore calf, the Tigers couldn't match the Power at the contest on their way to just their third loss of the season.
The Power booted seven goals to two in the second quarter to set up their seventh win of the year – 10.12 (72) to 8.10 (58) – in front of a crowd of 39,936.

Finals History: We have never played against each other in a final.
History v the Bye: Richmond, as bad as we were in the past 40 years or so, have never lost to the bye. However, Port Adelaide did lose to the bye eight years ago in Round 18, 2011. We have match highlights below.
Current Form:
Port Adelaide started the season strong by defeating Melbourne at the MCG by 26 points in a win Port Adelaide coach, Ken Hinkley described as the best win he had as a coach at Port Adelaide. Port Adelaide then faced an impressive Carlton by scraped home at the Adelaide Oval by 16 points. Next Port Adelaide traveled to Brisbane and lost in a tight game by 17 points.
Richmond started the season with a win defeating Carlton at the MCG by 33 points in a seesawing affair. A loss followed a week after against Collingwood at the MCG. Richmond, looking for revenge after the their preliminary final loss the year previous, lost by 44 points as Collingwood's midfield dominated. A trip to Sydney to face GWS did not improve Tiger supporters hopes, getting smashed by GWS to the tune of 49 points as the injury woes continue to mount.
Port Adelaide current sit at 8th position while Richmond languish at 14th on the ladder.

Three somewhat Burning Questions:
How can Richmond cope with the likely lost of the Big 4, the first time since 2009?
How will Port Adelaide's undermanned foward line without Dixon, Watts and likely Lycett compare with Richmond defence without Rance and Short?
Will Richmonds small forwards be able to not only tackle and bring foward pressure, but hit a f**king target? I'm talking to you Butler and Castagna.
Summary:
This game will set the path up for both clubs this season. A strong win would by Port Adelaide would confirm to the AFL Community, as well as some sceptical Port Adelaide fans that they will be strong Finals contender in 2019. A loss would still keep some sceptical thoughts crawling around the mind when thinking about Port Adelaide. A win for Richmond would show that a win is possible without the big 4 and that the mentality of one soldier coming in for another one rings true. Furthermore, a win would also silence some on Big Footy as it would be a Richmond win, away from home, against a hostile crowd. A loss for Richmond, especially a bad one, would further give voice and evidence that we can't win with large amounts of injuries to important players.
This one could be a very close match, and important one to both sides. The players this week will sit down and will try and get inspiration from someone. And they will look to their club presidents to gather the energy to play a wonderful game. So, with this thought, we should have a look at each club president and try and find that inspiration and motivation.
Richmond President: Peggy O'Neal
Peggy O'Neal was born in the United States, and came to live in Australia after falling in love with an American backpacker in Greece. She came to Australia in 1994 and found her place as a lawyer. She has been a lawyer with many high class law firms over the years and was a consultant to the Rudd Government's review into superannuation. She joined the Richmond board in 2005 and was elected President in 2013. She has been president and over saw the clubs 2017 Premiership as well as the clubs successfull bid for an AFLW team for 2020. She is a strong and independent women, who can make the tough decisions and stick by them when the Heat is put on. She usually keeps herself out the way from the cameras and the circus that is the media and puts in the hard yards behind the scenes. That last sentence is what the Richmond players need to embrace going into Saturday's game, just put in the hard effort, don't be a show off and do the simple things right.
Port Adelaide President: David Koch
David Koch is a media personality and Financial journalist who is never far away from the camera. He started out as financial journalist and has work for multiple media outlets over the years. Kochie, as he is affectionately known as, also runs a business helping smal business in both traditional and digital landscapes. He was elected president in late October 2012. The highlights of his time at Port Adelaide includes Port Adelaide reaching the 2014 Preliminary Finals and connecting his club with Chinese business to create a more diverse revenue stream. Port Adelaide played their first game in China in 2017. He has also fought hard to try and get Port Adelaide allowed to where the Prision Bars. Bad news Kochie, there is only one Collingwood in the AFL, I know you want to be as big as Eddie but it's not happening, just admit it. Kochie is never far away from controversy, and most recent controversy including his supposed bullying of Pauline 'Please Explain' Hanson and joking about Usain Bolt and black slavery. He is most known for being the host of Channel 7 breakfast program, Sunrise. He is in front of the camera most days and loves talking about the Port Adelaide when they win. Hold on. When writing this, I'm starting to think that maybe players from both clubs should shy away from getting inspiration and motivation from David Koch and get it from Peggy. Not because of what I have mentioned above but because Kochie was in this.
