Hayes is proven at the level (okay, small sample) but I'd rather him than Campbell simply because you know what you're getting. Hayes is a tough nut who could kick 3 goals. That'll do me at Marvel.

I just hope it doesn't equate to less midfield minutes for Sinclair. He adds all of the class and power running our midfield has been searching for in the last 3 years.Great to see the footage of Zac training on AFL Tonight. Looks in good physical shape.
I reckon even we had to play with the same team we fielded on the weekend all year we could finish top 6, so how good will it be to be able to add Zac in particular back into the mix if he does in fact return.
He’s such a weapon when he’s up and going.
I hope DMac never goes back to that rollMckenzie to play Websters roll for me.Hayes or Campbell do we look at their strengths or back Hayes and Marshall to outplay em over 4 quarters
Sincs didnt have any midfield time on the week but was still BOG.I just hope it doesn't equate to less midfield minutes for Sinclair. He adds all of the class and power running our midfield has been searching for in the last 3 years.
I love Jones ability to burst from stoppage, but I certainly haven't missed his errant disposal.
Reckon hes a better player nowI hope DMac never goes back to that roll
Yes because he isn't playing his old roleReckon hes a better player now

would prefer we bring in Connolly for websterHe went back in one game for a bit and didn't look like the deer in the headlights that he used to be.

IMO Jones’s kicking issues are significantly overstated. He can definitely butcher it occasionally, but most of the time he’s pretty clean and he can do some terrific bullet passes inside 50.I just hope it doesn't equate to less midfield minutes for Sinclair. Explained it better than me ,thanks, looks a better rounded player than he was, never a fan but holding his spotHe went back in one game for a bit and didn't look like the deer in the headlights that he used to be.
Agreed. There's also been a significant improvement to his kicking over his two years with us. Steele, Crouch, Gresham, Ross and Jones looks like a pretty solid midfield. Hard to see Clark getting back in there now despite his strong pre season.IMO Jones’s kicking issues are significantly overstated. In some of his best games he’s gone at a very high DE for someone playing on the inside and his turnover numbers have been low.
It’s pretty much a non-issue for me.
Sincs will go through there too having a lot options is what we wantAgreed. There's also been a significant improvement to his kicking over his two years with us. Where'd you find TOG stats? I'd be shocked if he didn't spend a minute playing through the wingsSincs didnt have any midfield time on the week but was still BOG.

I thought it looked like he was getting a bit of panic back in his game when he was pushed back imoExplained it better than me ,thanks, looks a better rounded player than he was, never a fan but holding his spot
My bad. I guess he seemed to have a lot of it between the arcs.View attachment 1371883o op
He definitely didn't go through the middle. Above are the centre bounce attendance percentages for the year. I'm sure he didn't go through the wings wither. Wood, NWM and McKenzie were going through the wings all day. Sinclair was definitely at half back all day.
Would be shocked if we moved Wang back there and there is of course Hill who would be an easy option to move back. Hope we stick with him forward though. With JWeb out our backline from last week will be: Doogs, Battle, Wilkie, Paton, Sincs.
Potential backline players - Dmack, Long, Ross, NWM
I really hope we stick with Hill on hf / wing.Would be shocked if we moved Wang back there and there is of course Hill who would be an easy option to move back. Hope we stick with him forward though.
If we want to keep Windy in and Higgo returns and no-one else is unavailable then Higgo could just take Hill’s spot and Hill could return to defense.
Yeah but witts is a giant of a man, different prospect.
