I also just did this:

I did not HAVE a delivery experience. Your delivery agent LIED and claimed there was no access to my home. They took it to a Postal Centre where I needed to COLLECT IT, despite my illness and difficulty in travelling, at MORE COST to me after paying the vendor DELIVERY FEE. Attempts to arrange redelivery via phone calls achieved NOTHING. This was not a delivery. This was a xdock service and I am TIRED of this regularly happening. I always beg vendors to use any delivery agent OTHER than Australia Post because every second parcel IS NOT DELIVERED. Not only do I not recommend you, I daily educate everybody I speak to on the subject of courier services how it is preferable to avoid the use of your service whenever an alternative exists. I would curse more in this review if anything I could say could possibly compete with the PROFANITY that your very logo on my screen implies. I am not going to tell you out loud what to do. But I do suggest that you DO IT TO YOURSELF.

Honestly itās all good, Iām a footy supporter first and a Swans supporter second. Mrs Zevon goes for the Giants and I probably go to more of their games these days than Swans games (well pre lockdown anyway!), so I have a soft spot for them even though the AFL media wants to generate some silly cross town rivalry between the two sides. Iām a big supporter of both and I did think prior to the game that the Giants had our measure in terms of recent finals experience. I was surprised we were able to come back to be honest

Should be a huge penalty for that...
Guess we got lucky if Greene misses next week. Though still gotta win. Last time we played them we got flogged and they had their reserves playing.
