If we recruit Ashley Hansen ... I'm going to drive down to Ratts' house and give him the "its him or me" ultimatum.
I know that I may only post on a footy forum ... but even so, I would still poll higher on Carlton's B&F than Hansen.
Hansen ? Not even Ratts who oked the recruitment of Chris Johnson and Greg Bentley could be that stupid.... can he ???

Hansen will never reach Albert Proud's level of greatness and bitch slapping.
The AFL is obviously banking on the boys moving up the ladder and putting on a show.
Hope they live up to expectation.
Hopefully most are at the G and not bloody Etihad.

i know it is good for the club and the sponsors and maximises exposure but that makes 5-6 games i can not go to because i can not take that many fridays off work. Shame for me great for the club and channel 7's ratings.

LOL @ Salary Cap issues ...Salary cap issue's?????
These journo's need to do their homework.
We are only paying around $100 k or so of Fev's salary (which was around $700,000 when he left) we aslo lost Nick Stevens salary of around $500,000.
We publically offered Jarrod Brennan $650,000 p/season.... and even with all our cuts (Hadley, Fisher, Wiggins) - we can't afford to squeeze in John Anthony?
