What does he do again?

He provides a strong father figure to the playing group, that's why we often see and hear about him helping players in their personal lives, helping them move house or uh, um, having the group around his for a BBQ? Maybe? Or maybe, you see him in their big events like weddings? No? Never? Fostering a strong link with the playing group and culture and they stick together with each outside of footy season? Wait, they don't, they all piss off back home or go overseas? Hmmm alright.

Well you really can't put in to words what Ken does so it isn't fair to judge him.
