At what point does the club do a proper review and realise there are issues beyond luck? “ We will turn up again” is not a review. When you lose 5 of 6 finals by an average of 9 goals “couple of injuries and bad luck” simply doesn’t cut the mustard.

Disagree that’s a man pitching to his employer to keep him. If he was told that his job was safe, he would announce it, and Chewy would have told us that his job is safe. He's skating on thin ice.
