Certified Legendary Thread Sack Hinkley 12 - Finals Are Scary

See I hear you but I am almost past breaking point and about to just give up the cause entirely. This is not the club I have supported since 1988 and it hasn’t been for many years. I stayed a member during the dark times pre Hinkley but next year I won’t be renewing (already cancelled my auto renewal) and unlike previous seasons I just can’t see myself jumping back on close to the start if the season.

The club continues to ignore its foundational members.

A members survey is useless when they don’t even bother making any meaningful change

One thing in particular annoyed the crap out of me with those surveys - whenever I ticked the box for a club official to ring to discuss my answers, they never bloody rang me. I guess my answers were too negative, and I said all those nasty things about poor Kenny.

Yeah so never won a premiership or played in many winning finals. But boy oh boy did I love my coach. I look back on this as a very successful time in my footballing life.
