the fact that the club hasn't actually been able to share draft night content of kenny talking to the new draftees (which is a basic draft night social media staple for every other club now) for at least the last 3-4 years, because they know he will get absolutely reamed in the comments, says it all really.

We are excited to see improvement in x,y,z
We have taken plenty of learnings out of the year.
There is a steely resolve amongst the playing group and everyone at the club to get success
Extra excitement around the club after the draft/trade period.

We keep turning up and giving ourselves an opportunity
Maybe sneak in a some type of reference to Fagan being an older Coach who won the Flag so i can too.

I suspect we will get this type of messaging from everyone. The club do this quite well, they will have plenty of people on the night feeling excited for the season ahead and forgetting we haven't won a flag for 20 years and lost 5 of our last 6 finals by an average of 8 goals.

The entire team went missing in 2 of our 3 finals. Small forward is the hardest position on the ground to have an impact when your team is getting smashed.

I feel like DBJ's standing on this board is still lagging behind from his last season as a defender where he struggled. He's played forward for 2 seasons and been vital to the functioning of our forward line in that time.

The alternative is that we play more McEntee/Evans/Narkle types, an enormous step down.

He's defintely way better than the others mentioned. I just don't like his attitude. Liked his B&F year but what followed was disappointing for a player in the leadership group.
