I only just had the stomach to re-watch the PF highlights.

My minimum would be a flag in 2022, then heading in to finals as a top 4 side in 2023 to even have the conversation beyond that.

The club will eventually have to make the decision between kern and the loss of members, but unfortunately I don't expect he will get the rissole/pull the pin on himself before season 2023, and yes I know you were joking about sacking him today.

He would know, like we do, that unless he wins a flag in 22 or 23, then this will be his last gig.
There is no way anyone else would take him on if he's not managed to have any success over 10/11 years.

He'll be with us until the end of '23.
