I don't really care about results any more, but this ****ing clown smiling like a Cheshire cat after embarrassing performances still gets to me.

Man we need change so incredibly badly. How we're going to cope with another 2 years of failure is beyond me.

I have been learning how to emotionally disconnect since 2017, I now laugh instead of waking up miserable after a lose, it's good for my health and my family.

We're not winning the flag, we may as well just go out in straight sets. If we lose to Collingwood, even if we put in a pathetic performance like tonight, it'll be spun as a good effort. Much better off with the stigma of a straight sets exit.

Watching the game tonight I was getting quite agitated when the game was close despite self medicating with Scotch. Camera pans to Daddy Donuts sitting calmly on the bench like he's waiting for the next bus to Centrelink. Mrs Dore, a former registered nurse, says Hinkley looks like he's drugged, on beta blockers or something similar. My response, "Nah, he just doesn't give a sh!t".

I don’t think the solution here is necessarily to only hire Port people as our head coaches, but Ken is our first non-Port person as a head coach, probably going back to when head coaches first became a thing. It’s looking more and more obvious that his prior lack of investment in the club is translating to this attitude that winning isn’t important.

Gotta put my hand up as one who was really hoping we would come out breathing fire tonight, and be playing the manic pressure game. But we didn't.

I wasn't totally expecting to, tbf on myself, but that was the hope.

What's the excuse for Hinkley to not have them up and going like that? And what excuses do the players make for not having themselves up like that? Cause that was the only way we were going to win.
