In reality its a pretty small industry. If you want to ruin your chances of ever getting a job in the industry again because you do a half arsed job at the opportunity you got then its a pretty big risk.

It's more directed at board & admin positions, generally players lose the tribal supporter thing if they are talented enough to be drafted & can go anywhere, the drive to succeed & group dynamic take over.
