Mahalo just remember premierships aren't won by finishing top after the home and away season.

Last year I thought would have given you reason to not run your mouth at this point of the year.

They are a big chance this year and should win it providing they don't crumble in the finals like last year.
I think Mahalo did achieve his main aim. Finally got people posting on here again. 3 weeks without a post and having to log on and read the Divvy 3 dribble about how great and tight their comp is. Dingley definitely have their issues with Mordy. Played well below their best for the second time this year against Mordy. All credit to them who did look to have a few out. Their ruckman must have been 40 odd and there looked to be a couple of defenders who were 2's regulars. Our forward line got smashed and we just bombed it in. I think we are pretty well placed if they bring in a points system. U/19's going well and only our recruits Gaertner and Farmer would attract maximum points. We would have 13-14 one pointers in our side.

All good Rhino, been ages since I've logged in but good to see the top 5 can win against each other on their day (obviously if Dingley are at their best they are harder to beat then most).

I was heartened to see my mob St Pauls get a win against EB on the weekend, especially when I had a look at our list that we fielded, young players have come in and seem to go alright e.g. Tim Tyler, Jenkins, Harry Hunt, Young Jimmy Sziller & Halliday. Great to see them all getting games

I've heard Jimmy Sziller is a little jet. No doubt St Pauls softened Dingley's fall from grace on Saturday by beating East Brighton. Looking at Easts team sheets all there core players played? Not sure what happended in the ressies though. East Brightons first win and they are as ordinary as they come.

Sziller is a dynamo, he's grown up around the club watching his dad play for a few seasons and then following that was our water boy.

Makes me feel old when we look at the 2008 premiership side as 2 of those water boys are all now playing senior/reserve football (Sziller, Cathcart).

Round 13 Tips:

Dingley - 75 points over Cheltenham
Clayton - 15 points over Chelsea Heights
East Brighton - 10 points over East Malvern
Mordialloc- 30 points over Bentleigh
St Paul's - 25 points over St.Kilda City

I hope East Brighton submit the Reserves Team on Sporting Pulse? I set my alarm to go have a look today after the big win last week and I cannot see who is playing ;);)

Deadbeat, you may wanna get over your hard on about East Bri reserves.

Why?? How many senior players have you qualified for finals over the years that never played a single reserves game?? If the rumors are true then you tell your senior players that don't get picked not to bother playing reserves. Rumors are usually bullshit but when there's smoke there's fire.

All the best to Kenton Hall from St Pauls, from all reports it sounds like an horrific injury that he suffered on the weekend. Been a great servant for St Pauls and the League over a number of years.

I wasn't there but just from the damage alone it was very serious. He's had a lot of support from the club and so we should as he has been fantastic for us.

St Paul's knock off Dingley, any feedback from the game?

I noticed Dingley kicked a lot of points, but no doubt Doggies played a physical brand of football?

What was the injury?

He dislocated his knee severely.

Needed surgery to clean everything up, followed by emergency surgery a few days later to release the pressure and is hospital bound for 2 weeks.

Will then need a knee reco.

Really shocking injury to a legend of the club. Knowing Kenny he will smash his rehab and get himself right but it will take a while.

Don't post much in here but i am huge fan of the SFL living next to the Chelsea Heights oval and having played for Dingley. It was good to see the demons get a win last week to finish off what has been a terrible season.

East Brighton & Mordialloc should win on the weekend

I'm biased but I think St Pauls will roll Mordi. Even with the large injury list from the season I think that we've still got a solid list who have gelled well in the second half of the year.

I also think this is Dingleys year, after being red hot favorites last year and falling short at the final hurdle, I think this is the year they finally snag one.
