Season Highlights:
  • correctly deconstructed the sim and predicted the Mobbs winner
  • exhibited inspirational leadership, poise and management skills to be named VC of the All-SFA

By TheInjuryFactory

It's been a breakout season for the shy guy from Coney Isle, FootyGuy13 who breaks through for his first top 20 finish in the beez Trophy after enjoying his first All-SFA berth after compiling a sensational season on and off the field in Season 35.

A quiet achiever, Warriors vice captain FG13 has made significant contributions not only to the Warriors since joining the competition back in S30, but has selflessly lent his services to the league as a simmer and match poster over the past few seasons. Guy has become an integral player not only at his club but in the broader machinations of the league, and we are all better for his contributions to the game.

Having previously produced quality media offerings in his time, from celebrating the top 20 Warriors of all time to his work on the Rising Star award in his second season in the competition, he took his media game up another notch in Season 35 as he quite astonishingly predicted the outcome of the S35 Mobbs Medal - his patented Mobbs Medal Predictor a very slick piece of media backed by some impressive number crunching showcasing a knack for producing engaging and entertaining media for the league's enjoyment.

A standout season and definitely one to watch in the seasons ahead, congratulations on your debut top 20 finish in S35 FootyGuy13 !!

Season Highlights:
  • drove an invigorating, in-depth, interesting discussion with great analysis on the All-SFA after the teams were already decided
  • made a very important public service announcement that may have saved the league from a mass exodus

In 13th place on 491 votes is Las Vegas captain and superstar tony. Tony is a rockstar of the competition who is one of the best 'all round' posters in the league. With a great ability to interpret, manipulate and analyse statistics, he can weave Qooty into any match thread. He has an excellent ability to use graphics to combine with his humorous posting and knowledge of Simpsons references to create great memes. He also has a cutting wit that can cut even Hall of Fame goalkickers like okeydoke7 down to size.

In the media, as captain he acknowledged plenty of Las Vegas teammates' milestones with high effort, quality media. A deserved recognition of an all round champion of the SFA. Congratulations Tony!

Season Highlights:
  • participated in a league mandated colonoscopy
  • was suspended for incorrectly posting the Round number in the team sheet submission
  • most annoying sim poster 4 seasons running

By Jabba73

Swampies captain philreich was a real trendsetter this season, being the first to face suspension for falling foul of the rule book. If he did lunges instead of dad jokes, it would be a big step forward. As captain, Phil was forced to accept the week off for the clubs indiscretions and having sampled the many and varied delights of Banhammer, Phil used his experience to add some inside jokes to his repertoire.

Everyone knows Phil, he is the one that is always telling dad jokes, and sometimes dad even laughs. He is like an elevator, he works on many levels. From posting the match thread OPs, to Simming and posting match results, to starting threads to celebrate milestones, Phil is like a scarecrow, he is out standing in his field. It is hard to understand why Phil helps out in so many areas of the SFA, volunteering literally makes no cents, but he does it season after season anyway.

Told Phil I'd fall asleep on the keyboard if he doesn't hurry up with the match posting. He thought I was jokinlkjhfakljn m,.nbziyoao78yv87dfaoyuofaytdf. As most of us have experienced, waiting for philreich to finish posting a match is like swallowing some food colouring, you feel like you've dyed inside.

Hoping Phil will use his acceptance speech to regale us with his jokes about immortality, they never get old. They are better than his jokes about old people that don't work or his jokes about trickle down economics which 99% of us will never get.

Was going to finish with a joke about Nirvana, however this is the moment to celebrate Phil and his contribution to the SFA, so Nevermind.

This feels like a healthy thing- a mean of ~9.5 a club is surely good.
It would be interesting to know which clubs were above or below , to that average number

yep

I always said the beez was more like the top 40 in music, over produced crap to appeal to the masses.
So, you missed out on Tay Tay tickets too, huh?

Season Highlights:
  • commenced a rather one-sided rivalry with TheInjuryFactory
  • is in a distant second place in the above rivalry

Coming in at 11th with another top 20 finish on 618 votes is Wonders captain and the CHEESE damicky.

It is fitting that damicky is the West Coast Wonders captain because he is perfect embodiment of the Wonders player. Insufferable and annoys the shit out of the everybody who does not play for the Wonders. But he does not care and continues to go about his business, producing media threads with various personalities in the league including Wonders legends, weighing in on controversial issues such as a 'mega match thread' and getting an interview with the permabanned kananooks in the middle of the AliasGate scandal. He also brings his interview skills to Mobbs Night in the 'Roaming Cheese' segments.

Damicky is absolutely everywhere, a massive presence in the SFA and one of the most recognisable personalities in the SFA and that reflects in again a strong showing in the Beez.
