ok, my more serious response...
Bruce Mathieson - pumps squillions into the club through his pokies, but that comes at a price....he's the powerbroker at the club...even through Craig these days being on the board. When you see this kind of stuff in the media, not many big ticket decisions would likely get passed without his blessing....even in his 'semi-retirement'
SOS - through his recruitment, he's got the club from being almost irrelevant in the competition to being one that has opposition clubs now looking over their shoulders. Blues supporters have genuine belief again with our list, and we have record membership numbers.
On a side note, if the dirty rotten stinking Tigers had the same type of opinion thread to this one, they should nominate SOS as well...as List Manager at GWS, he opted not to pursue Dustin Martin back in 2013 when he was out of contract, toured the club, and the Tiggs were looking to offload him. They wouldn't have won the '17 or '19 premierships without him.
