He was originally pick #24 and played 17 games in 2 seasons thoCan we push him towards Moorabbin?
They gave GWS a second rounder for Jack Steele.

Multiple depth players do not = star player. Thats not how trades work.Yes sorry I got mixed up.Trade Bellis ,Cellis and Miles to Gold coast and give the return picks and a second rounder to GWS.So it would be something like picks 27,38,40 and 65 for Scully.Doesn't sound that appetising I admit, but GWS may need the points and may have to free up salary cap.Another idea, pick 35 and Astbury for Scully.

lmao, meant listJust curious is lust turnover like revenge pr0n?
AgreedI'd give pick 16 for Setterfield. Big bodied inside mid. Anyone else agree?
Just can’t picture Libba doing a triple H session for some reason
Hashish, hookers and herpes?

Cellis and Miles would be list cloggers for them, Brellis would struggle to make the 22.
got a bad feeling the lynch recruitment is gonna sink the club
I call bullshite on this. GCS surely are not that stupid. Very ordinary players.
In Balme we should trust. The slide will be upwards!I think we will slide next year.
Pick 17 and Astbury for Scully would nearly get the deal done.Play Garthwaite and play Moore as a defender in the VFL
Great news Blair.Scully is wanting to come here. Loves the club and wants to realise his dream of playing for his favourite club.
Up to us to be able to accomodate.
Lynch will be on 5m over 6 years. Roughlt 850k per year.
Cotch, Rance and Jack toom a 500k paycut between them.
Outs:
Miles 300k
C. Ellis 200k
Lloyd 300k
Conca 250k
Townsend 200k
Stengle 120k.
Drummond 100k.
Chol 100k
Soldo 100k
That is 1.67m. Add on the 500k from the three pay cuts takes it to about 2.2
Minus 850 from Lynch takes it down to 1.37m.
Minus resignings takes of another say, 600k.
We have another 700k to play with minus whatever cap space we had left before signing and delisting.
We COULD fit Scully in with a little shuffling.
Not forgetting clearing cap space too keep Josh Kelly.Still contracted. Yes, we would need to trade. The point is how much salary cap pressure are they really under?...…..
Dunkley also spent that time at Richmond before he got drafted so those relationships could play into things also perhapsLets breakdown the yet to be named WB midfielder:
- McCare re-signed this season, so cross him off your list.
- As did Wallis and Mclean, so cross those two off your list.
- Mark Stevens has come out tonight saying Liber is on the very of re-signing with more to come after their bnf tonight.
That leaves Bontempelli and Dunkley who are both OOC at the end of next year. Now Bontempelli would be completely off limits and would cost the world if he said he wanted to out. That leaves Dunkley who has history with RFC given his time he spent here in draft year both playing VFL and using our facilities throughout the week. Dunkley has just broken out in the back end of this season once given an opportunity to be the in and under mid he was drafted to be, which in turn makes it hard to gauge what he would be worth. He form was very promising but at the same time he doesn't have enough runs on the board to breaking the bank for. But he is exactly the type of player we should be targeting.
Guess that depends who they lose, is Shiel and Lobb enough? Time will tell I guessStill contracted. Yes, we would need to trade. The point is how much salary cap pressure are they really under?...…..
Pretty bang on I reckon our first pick may not be good enough although he’s had injury concerns and they have cap issuesHe would cost us our round one pick
Clubs don't want bundles of players who are meh anymore
Lloyd would’ve been an option and would suit them but we’ve kept him Lloyd and our first pick and Lloyd wouldn’t cost them muchGWS would not want players generally speaking due to their salary cap.
I actually think Townsend would suit them, but thats just me. Costs them a little but they have to lose cap from trading other higher priced players whoever they decide on.
This why Mumford is probably an option. Mumford versus Lobb one takes the former and they save cap trading out Lobb for a pick.
Astbury is a must keep wouldn’t totally disturb our strong backlineLol. Astbury loves the place, is under contract and thus would refuse to go there and we wouldn't be able to force him to go there.
To be honest a small slide is fine by me. Minor premiership is a curse.I think we will slide next year.
