Hello Tiger fans!

The embedded resources below are kept up to date by the trade board mods (as much as possible – we are human after all). Enjoy!

Is he listed or VFL player
I think he means Burgess. McLaughlin has also kicked over 50 goals this year in the VFL. Pretty sure they’re both AFL listed but just can’t break into the team due to the amount of forward options at the Suns. Would think we could pick one of those blokes up quite cheap to help our forward depth - especially with Walter heading there in the draft this year.

Lynch and Gibcus injuries mean we can't look at our best setup with existing players. No KPF we have rolled Ryan, Cumberland, Pickett, Bauer, Miller, Soldo/Nank through the forward line as tall fwds.

When Astbury left the club wasn't happy with our depth and brought in Tarrant. It worked. Young stepped up this year. It'd be harder to get a KPF to shift clubs. Has any VFL clubs got players for 2 years?

Or Draft Caddy.

Good and crap KPFs are getting dropped. Weideman, Lobb. Lynch, Cumbo Ryan is probably good enough. Hope for Gibcus to get fit. PLan B Dusty, Lynch money on the King twins.

Let’s not forget Dogs have KPF’s coming out of their ar*e … and just lost to Eagles. They brought Lobb in as a KPF option to stretch defences ….

Peter Wright won the B&F at Bombers in 2022 and they sacked their coach. Whilst he hasn’t played much this year the Bombers are still putrid with Langford kicking 50-goals.

Harrison Jones looked good a couple of years ago but hasn't come on. Bad injury. Wright can play. But injured.

Wright the success; Weideman is the cautionary tale for depth KPFs.

Well, seeing the grin on Mark Evans face when asked about Dusty.... They're definitely going to ask the question.

Couldn't easily poured cold water over the question but chose to leave the door open.

Goes without saying that they will have a crack
Would actually be stupid if they didn’t try

The question is purely if Dusty wants to go or not

I hope he doesn’t but if he does he’s still contracted so it’s probably our best avenue to get back into the 1st round of the draft

So that leaves us with Georgiaidis?
Georgiadis is still only 2nd KPF size, is he really a better prospect and worth chasing ahead of trying Gibcus, Bauer or even Ryan as the number 2 behind Lynch in 2024?

Dimma could’ve also squashed it when asked by Mitch Cleary as well, but Tom morris on sen basically said it isn’t happening, Richmond don’t want to lose him, Richmond don’t want to pay him to play elsewhere, Richmond still want to compete, Gold Coast can’t afford 1.4-1.5m and Dimma isn’t actively pushing for it. Said it makes more sense in 2024 when he is uncintracted

Gale is a great CEO but he is also a Richmond supporter, he would have big emotional attachment to Martin & his legacy with him shutting speculation down the only way Dusty gets to the Suns if he wants to go and we get well overs from the Suns & taken care of which imo does not sound worth it to the Suns.

Which means he stays at the Tigers.

That’s pretty much how I see it as well

Without question I would prefer Dusty to stay and I don’t think he leaves but it’s somewhat of a win/win imo with Dusty leaving no doubt giving our new coach whoever that may be a nice new toy or two to play with next season either via the draft or a player out of the Gold Coast

??? what are people thinking in terms of valuations???

We can pay Dusty while he is up at Gold Coast provided we are compensated, well overs can be trimmed to reasonable overs but it depends on what people think are unders and overs

Our premiership heroes are gone mate

Bachar
Shedda
Astbury
Jack
Cotch
Lambert
Rance
Georgey.
(Grimes is done)

We just need to sure up our spine and we can do that over the next 1-2 years.
Sorry but one of my pet hates on here.
It is shore, not sure. 😁

Although I apologise if this is being used the same as loose and lose does, in that case carry on.

Someone needs to pick up the phone and tear these campaigners a new arseh*le if they come a knocking for a contracted dusty , does the club need any volunteers 😤

Dimma when he left Richmond said he wanted to leave with him loving the place & without it turning sour with the club.
If he takes Dusty from Richmond 100% it turns sour, I don't care anyone says.
If Dusty wants to go to the Gold Coast then I would not be angry in the slightest - he's given all of us more than we'd every team of.

The only way there would be anger is if he left without getting anything in return - which given he's contracted - that can never happen.

We can't lose from this scenario.

He stays and we have a 300 game GOAT legacy.

He leaves and we get adequately compensated via trade and he STILL has a GOAT legacy.
