If he leaves as a FA I can't see us getting more than a mid second round pick. Another season like this one and we'll be lucky to trade him for that much at the end of 2020 anywayOllie's an oversized child with sloth-like speed and shit skills. F**k him off while Victorian clubs can still be conned into coughing up first rounders for him.

If we got offered a first for Robbie I'd do it. He deserves a flag and won't get one here. Everything now is getting us ready for post-Ken. Another first round pick helps with that, keeping Robbie around a couple more years to retire here doesn't.from trade thingo on fox sports page
" robbie He's still worth a first rounder and more, although that depends on where the team getting him is in its flag window. "
Wines is on AA HoFamer type dough & he'll never actually make either. If you are talking about Wines he is already on an undeserved salary inflated by three weeks of effort followed by coasting for the rest of last season. He won't be getting more money by moving to a Victorian club like Carlton or Essendon after probably the worst season of his career complicated by idiotic recklessness in the late preseason.
Not sure he'd feel the same winning one straight away at a new club than here at the little battler clubIf we got offered a first for Robbie I'd do it. He deserves a flag and won't get one here. All well and good, until you remember that the draft is shit this year and first rounders are not worth that much. This would be the worst possible year to trade out your "Stars" for first rounders, unless they are pick 1 and 2.If we got offered a first for Robbie I'd do it. We should put him up and see if we can get involved in the Daniher trade. Hayward would be a good get.How does it look on this club that Carlton had our captain actually approaching them for a trade and then went, "nah we're good mate"

As a Port fan, watching Robbie play finals for a genuine contender would be more satisfying than anything Port has done/will do in a long time. Getting a good draft pick as well is just a bonus.
My mama is dead. almost 2 years to the day. Thanks for the reminder.
Who said chivalry is dead.
I think you've tagged the wrong Smithy.smithy
I look forward to that apology when you did not believe me when I said that Wines had met with Carlton
In fairness, we only said no becuase our small forward stocks are soooooo shit we'd rather spend our firsts on Papley than a genuinely elite mid (I'm on board with this btw). When you think about it is is pretty funny if he went to Carlton (of all clubs) and they said "no thanks".
Hopefully it was a massive kick up the arse for Ollie as to what the comp actually thinks of him.
