1.2m fence whole way around with 300mm clearance from fence to spa. Must get planning approval from council. Must sit on 150mm thick concrete slab etc.
Its really a bit much.
It was funny because I asked my mother who bought a spa probably 6 or 7 years ago and she didnt have a fence etc. I go "did you ever have to talk to the council about your spa?" And she goes "No. Did I need to?"
Classic boomer. Though I guess not surprising the place she bought it from never mentioned regulations because my bet is they wouldnt sell **** all if they had to ensure all compliance is met.
